Originally from Kansas, Crystal first worked at our sister hospital Mayde Creek before coming aboard as OCAH’s office manager in 2017. In addition to establishing long-lasting relationships with clients and their pets, Crystal says she enjoys the unpredictability of working in an animal hospital. She is especially fascinated by the amazing advancements in veterinary medicine that are helping animals live longer, healthier lives.
Crystal has a son DeMarcus and a daughter Desiree, and when she’s not keeping things running smoothly at OCAH, she enjoys attending their sporting events. Her home also includes two dachshunds named Coach and Elmo, Snicker the cat, and a ferret who is accurately named Stinker.
Client Care Representative
It’s not everyone who says their specialty is calming angry cats, but Jenn seems to have a gift for it! Originally from Bellaire, Jenn attended Texas State University and joined the OCAH team in 2017.
When she’s not soothing fractious felines at the hospital, Jenn enjoys doing arts & crafts and hanging with her dog Diego and cats Bug and Madori.
Client Care Representative
Rachel was born in Sugar Land and grew up in Alief before attending Houston Baptist University. She joined OCAH in 2017, where she enjoys helping dogs, cats, and the people who love them. One way she shows her love for our clients’ pets is by treating them to “mini-massages” when they come to visit us.
When she’s not making our clients and their pets feel welcome, Rachel enjoys spending time with her family, which includes two daughters, several informally-adopted older kids and her two dogs Sunnee and Simbuh.

Licensed Veterinary Technician
A desire to be a voice for the voiceless is what led Sarah to become a licensed veterinary technician, which she did at the Vet Tech Institute in 2014. Originally from Missouri City, TX, she joined OCAH in 2017.
When she’s not pursuing her passion helping animals at the hospital, Sarah loves shopping, reading, traveling with her sister, and playing with her dogs Momo (peekapoo), Mimi (Chihuahua/terrier) and Millie (pit bull mix).
