At this time, we are remaining on the curbside care model for all veterinary services. We will re-evaluate in mid-June and keep you updated of any changes! For your safety and that of our staff, we are now using a curbside and drop-off process for all veterinary care as well as medication and food pick-ups. We ask that you please call us when you are in the parking lot with your pet, and at that time a staff member will come outside and bring your pet in the hospital. Your veterinarian will communicate with you by phone about any diagnosis and treatments, and we are processing payments via telephone whenever possible.
We recognize that this creates an inconvenience, and hope to be able to open to full capacity as soon as possible. The health and safety of our team, clients, and patients remain our top priorities. Our team members have worked hard during this pandemic to provide critical care to pets, even as they have been affected by lost loved ones and increased stress. We ask for your continued patience, support, and understanding during this time. It means the world to our team. We would like to note that we currently have essential prescriptions in stock and are able to process refills. We respectfully request that you call in advance for prescription refills.
