If your pet is experiencing an illness or injury that requires prompt, same-day medical attention—but is not life-threatening—we’re here to help during our regular business hours.

If your pet is experiencing any of the following symptoms and needs prompt, same-day care, please call us right away.
- Minor wounds or abscesses
- Limping, swelling, or signs of pain
- Loss of appetite or dehydration
- Vomiting or Diarrhea
- Itchy skin, hives, or rashes
- Eye redness, discharge, or tearing
- Ear infections
- Pale gums
- Coughing, sneezing, or nasal discharge
- Worms, fleas, ticks, or mites
- Urinary changes (e.g., blood in urine, frequent urination)
- Suspected ingestion of something toxic*
- Trouble giving birth
- Not eating or drinking for more than 48 hours

*If you think your pet has ingested something poisonous, call us immediately at 281-201-8779. After hours, contact the ASPCA Poison Control Center at (888) 426-4435.
