Client Care Representative

Rachel was born in Sugar Land and grew up in Alief before attending Houston Baptist University. She joined OCAH in 2017, where she enjoys helping dogs, cats, and the people who love them. One way she shows her love for our clients’ pets is by treating them to “mini-massages” when they come to visit us.

When she’s not making our clients and their pets feel welcome, Rachel enjoys spending time with her family, which includes two daughters, several informally-adopted older kids and her two dogs Asher and Simbuh.
